1. Comprehensive exterior property inspection to identify visible signs of damage, deterioration, maintenance concerns, security issues, or potential problems that may require attention.
2. Detailed reporting of any findings, including photos when necessary.
3. Vendor / Contractor Coordination.

Weekly Trash Bin Service

1. Move trash bin to the curb on collection day.
2. Return bins to their designated location the following day

Documentation & Maintenance Coordination

As part of our service, we will document and photograph any issues, damage, or abnormalities discovered during our inspections. A detailed report, including photos, will be shared with you so you can stay informed about the condition of your property.

If repairs or maintenance are recommended, we can coordinate the process on your behalf:

• Upon your approval, we will contact a minimum of three reputable and highly rated licensed service contractor to obtain competitive quotes for the recommended work.
• We will review and share those quotes with you, allowing you to make an informed decision.
• If you choose to proceed, we will coordinate scheduling with your selected contractor based on your preferred dates and times.
• We will communicate your availability and project details directly to the service provider to streamline the process.
• Once the work is scheduled, all payment arrangements and contractual agreements will be handled directly between you and the service provider ( all this is free of charge)
