Our monthly walkthrough service helps homeowners keep an eye on their property specially when they are away.

• Comprehensive exterior property inspection to identify visible signs of damage, deterioration, maintenance concerns, security issues, or other potential problems requiring attention.

• Coordination with licensed contractors on behalf of the homeowner for recommended repairs or maintenance needs.

Weekly Trash Bin Service

Never worry about missing trash collection day.

• Returning bins to their designated storage location following pickup.

Documentation & Maintenance Coordination

As part of our service, we will document and photograph any issues, damage, or abnormalities discovered during our inspections. A detailed report, including photos, will be shared with you so you can stay informed about the condition of your property.

If repairs or maintenance are recommended, we can coordinate the process on your behalf:

• Upon your approval, we will contact a minimum of three reputable and highly rated licensed service contractor to obtain competitive quotes for the recommended work.
• We will review and share those quotes with you, allowing you to make an informed decision.
• If you choose to proceed, we will coordinate scheduling with your selected contractor based on your preferred dates and times.
• We will communicate your availability and project details directly to the service provider to streamline the process.
• Once the work is scheduled, all payment arrangements and contractual agreements will be handled directly between you and the service provider ( all this is free of charge)
